On March 1, 2024, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioners had not ratified the Petition after being provided an opportunity to do so. On March 22, 2024, the Court received and filed a Ratification of Petition by petitioners.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside.
