On January 3, 2024, an Entry of Appearance showing Martha J. Weber, was filed using Michael Bacigalupi's electronic access code. Such Entry of Appearance was reflected on the docket record as an entry of appearance by Mr. Bacigalupi for petitioners. Also on January 3, 2024, Mr. Bacigalupi filed the Answer in this case. On January 11, 2024, Martha Weber filed an Entry of Appearance for respondent in this case. Also on January 11, 2024, Mr. Bacigalupi filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel in this case.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the Entry of Appearance, filed January 3, 2024, the Answer filed January 3, 2024, and the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed January 11, 2024, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before February 7, 2024, respondent shall file an Answer.
