ORDER ACCEPTING AMENDED FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
On September 9, 2002 United States Magistrate Judge Paul D. Stickney made Amended Findings, Conclusions and a Recommendation in this case. Plaintiff filed objections to the original Findings but no additional objections to the Amended Findings and Recommendation. The District Court has made a de novo review of the Original and Amended Findings and Recommendation, the objections, and the file, and concludes that the objections should be overruled. The Court accepts the Amended Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.
