Decisions Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

The November 20, 2006, judgment on the complaint for contempt finding the mother guilty of contempt is reversed. The matter is remanded to the Probate and Family Court. In the absence of a motion to extend or change the separate order dated November 20, 2006, on the complaint for contempt, an order shall enter on June 30, 2008, in the Probate and Family Court granting sole physical custody of the child to the mother. If a motion to extend or change the order is filed, then there shall be further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
