ENTRY VACATING ORDER STRIKING NOTICES OF

APPEARANCE

Upon Notice (Doc. No. 194) that the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals granted permission to Michael Monta and Gary Crim to withdraw as counsel for Petitioner and appointed Carol Wright in their stead, the Court's Order Striking Notices of Appearance is VACATED. The Clerk will designate Erin Gallagher Barnhart as trial attorney for Petitioner under S. D. Ohio Civ. R. 83.4. Prior to the filing of the Notice, this Court was unaware of the action taken by the Sixth Circuit.
