We REINSTATE this appeal

On May 19, 2023, we abated this appeal for the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings and recommendations concerning State's exhibit 13, and, if necessary, other electronic exhibits. The court reporter subsequently filed State's exhibit 13 and the other electronic exhibits through the TAMES portal. Accordingly, we VACATE our order of May 19, 2023, requiring the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings concerning the exhibits in this case, to file a supplemental reporter's record, and requiring the court reporter to file a reporter's record of the hearing.

Appellant's brief was filed May 5, 2023. The State's brief is due JUNE 4, 2023.

We DIRECT the clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Casey Blair, Presiding Judge, 86th Judicial District Court; Elizabeth Crow Woods, Official Court Reporter, 86th Judicial District Court; and counsel for all parties.
