Diana JOHNSON, Appellant, v. Steven R. WILLIAMS, Appellee.

Shazia N. Sparkman of Sparkman Law, P.A., Tampa, for Appellant. Steven R. Williams, pro se.

Shazia N. Sparkman of Sparkman Law, P.A., Tampa, for Appellant.

Steven R. Williams, pro se.

PER CURIAM. Diana Johnson appeals from a nonfinal order denying her exceptions to a general magistrate's report. Upon consideration of the parties' jurisdictional arguments, we conclude that the order on appeal is not appealable under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3). Accordingly, this court treats this appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.040(c) ; Yoxsimer v. Yoxsimer , 918 So. 2d 997, 998 & n.1 (Fla. 2d DCA 2006).

The petition is denied.
