Based on the State's stipulation that Johnson's Rule 3.800 appeal requires determinations best made by the trial court in order to determine the correct credits due Johnson from his various and numerous incarcerations, we reverse and remand for further review by the trial court.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

COBB and PETERSON, JJ., concur.
