On Appeal from the 194th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F21-52734-M, F22-53336-M, F20-55828-M

ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL JUSTICE

Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was originally due February 3, 2023. On February 27, 2023, we granted appellant's motion for extension of time to file the brief and ordered appellant's brief be filed on or before April 7, 2023. Since then, appellant's appointed attorney has not filed the brief or communicated further with this Court concerning these appeals.

We ORDER Jeff P. Buchwald, appellant's appointed counsel, to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief on or before JUNE 5, 2023. If appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief are not filed by that date, these appeals may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2).
