However, the reporter's record did not include a transcription of any hearing from December 22, 2022, which was requested by appellant's counsel on January 12, 2023. We ORDER Charon Evans, Court Reporter, to file by MAY 16, 2023, a supplemental reporter's record of the hearing on December 22, 2023, or written verification that no proceedings were recorded on December 22, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Charon Evans, Court Reporter, and counsel for all parties.
