An order having been entered on October 9, 2019, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Mark Funk, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Mark Funk, Esq., dated October 18, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Paul B. Watkins, Esq., 115 North Main Street, Fairport, New York 14450, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered July 16, 2019, in place and stead of Mark Funk, Esq.; and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of appellant's brief, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Monroe County, is hereby directed to provide Paul B. Watkins, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based.
