ORDER
On June 6, 2016, we notified appellant that unless, within 15 days of that date, he provided this court with proof of his payment or arrangement to pay for the reporter's record, we may consider and decide those issues or points that do not require a reporter's record. See Tex. App. P.37.3(c). On June 27, 2016, counsel for appellant filed a letter in this court stating a hearing would be held on July 15, 2016, regarding appellant's motion in the trial court to set a fee for the reporter's record.
On July 20, 2016, we sent a letter asking appellant's counsel to advise the court no later than July 29, 2016, of the date by which the reporter's record would be filed. No response has been filed.
Accordingly, we ORDER appellant to ensure the reporter's record is filed by September 12, 2016. If the reporter's record is not filed by that date, we may consider and decide those issues or points that do not require a reporter's record. See Tex. App. P.37.3(c).
