HARMLESS AND PREJUDICIAL ERRORS, § 2reversal of judgment for minor errors. On an appeal from a judgment of $4,000 on account of the wrongful death of a 16-year-old girl, minor errors were not sufficient for reversal where there has been a fair trial and substantial justice had been done.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Winnebago county; Hon. RALPH J. DADY, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1941.
