JURY, § 77interrogation of jurors as to interest in insurance company. In action for personal injuries wherein plaintiff filed affidavit stating that insurance company was actually defending suit, and jurors were then interrogated by court as to their interest in such company, denial of defendant's request to present counter-affidavits was reversible error.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Menard county; the Hon. MAURICE E. BARNES, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at the October term, 1947.
