Opinion

No. 05-07-00205-CV

Opinion Filed August 21, 2007.

On Appeal from County Court at Law No. 2 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. CC-07-01372-B.

Before Justices WRIGHT, RICHTER, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On April 23, 2007, the Court directed appellant to file written verification, within ten days, that he had either paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. The Court warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Nevertheless, to date, we have not received either the clerk's record or written verification that appellant has paid or made arrangements to pay for the record.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3 (b) (c).
