Upon consideration of appellants' response to this court's order of June 7, 2005, the court has determined that the notice of appeal was not timely filed. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.110(b). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. All pending motions are denied as moot.
