District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Feb 28, 2007
950 So. 2d 493 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2007)

Opinion

No. 4D06-1501.

February 28, 2007.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County; Dorian Damoorgian, Judge; L.T. Case No. 06-2337(12).

Leif Eric Johnson, Lauderdale Lakes, Pro Se.

No appearance for appellee.

Leif Eric Johnson appealed the circuit court's dismissal of his appeal from a county court judgment. The circuit court, sitting in its appellate capacity, properly dismissed the appeal as untimely. We treat this appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.030(b)(2) and deny the writ.

STEVENSON, C.J., STONE and TAYLOR, JJ., concur.
