ORDER

Before Justices Bridges, Molberg, and Carlyle

On March 19, 2020, the Supreme Court of Texas issued its Fourth Emergency Order Regarding the Covid-19 State of Disaster. In the order, the Supreme Court of Texas stayed all eviction proceedings until the expiration of the order. In accordance with the order, we abated this appeal on March 27, 2020.

The Supreme Court of Texas issued its Fifteenth Emergency Order Regarding the Covid-19 State of Disaster on May 14, 2020. The emergency order provides that "[b]eginning May 19, 2020, eviction proceedings may resume and deadlines are no longer tolled." Accordingly, the order staying eviction proceedings has expired.

We REINSTATE this appeal.
