This case was calendared at the Court's remote Columbus, Ohio trial session on February 1, 2021.

On May 25, 2021, respondent filed with the Court Respondent's Status Report which indicates that currently Petitioner, Mr. Johnson, is incarcerated at Federal Correctional Institute, Memphis ("FCI Memphis").

For this case to progress forward, the Court therefore will set this case for a remote Pretrial Conference at a date and time certain at 9:00 a.m. CT (10:00 a.m. ET) on Thursday, September 9, 2021.

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
