This case was continued from the Court's March 15, 2021, Denver, Colorado, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On August 3, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that this case can now be set for trial. On August 11, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of this case. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned judge. It is further

ORDERED that this case is returned to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
