Mark C. Johnson Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On July 21, 2021, the Court filed a letter from petitioner. Among other things, petitioner therein references an apparent dispute with respondent as to whether this case should be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. To date, the record does not include a copy of any notice of deficiency and/or notice of determination that would invoke the Court's jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute between petitioner and respondent.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 1, 2021, respondent shall file either (1) an appropriate jurisdictional motion, or (2) a report attaching thereto a copy of the notice of deficiency and/or notice of determination upon which this case is based.
