Upon due consideration of the Motion To Withdraw as Counsel, filed March 24, 2022, by Deana M. Rachuba-Shultz in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2022, counsel for petitioner shall file a supplement to the motion to withdraw setting forth petitioner's current address and telephone number in accordance with Rule 24(c) of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action on the motion to withdraw, respondent shall serve a copy of any of respondent's filings in this case on petitioner at petitioner's address of record.
