This case was stricken from the Court's December 6, 2021, New Orleans, Louisiana remote trial session. On January 14, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report and requested additional time for adjustments to be posted to petitioners' accounts. To keep the Court informed of the status of this case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 11, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report with the Court. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
