This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Denver, Colorado, Trial Session scheduled to begin on April 15, 2024. On March 18, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance requesting the Court to continue this case from the scheduled trial session and to restore the case to the Court's general docket to be calendared for trial in Denver, Colorado at a later date. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before April 9, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance. If petitioner fails to file a response as ordered, the Court will likely grant respondent's above-mentioned motion.
