ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

This Court is separate and independent from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered August 17, 2022, this case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee for this case. That Order is now final.

On November 7, 2023, the Court received from petitioner a Letter indicating that she is still receiving communications from the IRS regarding this matter. However, as discussed above, this case has been dismissed and thus this Court no longer has any involvement in this matter. Petitioner may wish to contact the IRS directly regarding her concerns.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Letter received November 7, 2023, shall remain unfiled.
