ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, set for trial during the Chicago, Illinois, trial session of the Court scheduled to begin on September 25, 2023, is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed August 25, 2023. A hearing was conducted on respondent's motion on September 26, 2023, in Chicago, Illinois. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned.

The parties should expect the case will be set for trial during the Court's 2024 term, unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner.
