Action to recover damages for injuries received in an accident alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendants. Judgment for the defendants.

Error to the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. David M. Brothers, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1924.
