STIPULATION TO REMAND CASE BACK TO STATE COURT AND ORDER THEREON

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED BETWEEN THE PARTIES that this case may be remanded back to the Mendocino County Superior Court, and the plaintiff has limited her claim to a sum less than Seven Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000).

ORDER

Pursuant to stipulation, it is hereby ordered.
