MEMORANDUM OPINION


The parties have filed a joint motion stating they have fully resolved and settled all issues in dispute. The parties ask that we reverse the trial court's judgment and remand the cause so that judgment in conformity with their settlement agreement may be rendered. The parties also ask that we expedite issuance of the court's mandate pursuant to Rule 18.1(c), Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.

We grant the motion. The judgment of the trial court is reversed without consideration of the merits, and the cause is remanded to the trial court for the entry of a judgment in conformity with the settlement agreement. Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who have incurred them. The mandate shall issue immediately.
