MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letters dated December 30, 2004, the Court directed appellant to: (1) pay the filing fee, (2) file a docketing statement, and (3) show proof of payment for the preparation of the clerk's record, within ten days of the date of the letters. The letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, or shown proof of payment for the clerk's record. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
