In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, plaintiff appeals from so much of an order directing that a commission issue to take the testimony of a witness before trial as fails to allow the examination of the witness upon two items. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lewis, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
