ORDER

This matter is now before the undersigned for review of the Report and Recommendation ("the Report") filed by United States Magistrate Judge Thomas E. (Doc. # 14). For the § 605 claim, the Report recommends that a judgment in favor of Plaintiff be entered against Defendant in the amount of $15,000.00 in statutory and enhanced damages plus $1,817.84 in attorney's fees and costs, for a total judgment of $16,817.84. (Doc. # 12). No party has filed objections to the Report.

This Court is charged with conducting a de novo review of any portion of the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation to which a specific objection is registered, and may accept, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, the recommendations contained in that report. 28 U.S.C. § 636. Davis, 718 F.2d 198, 199 (4th Cir. 1983).

A review of the record indicates that the Report accurately summarizes this case and the applicable law. For the reasons articulated by the Magistrate Judge, it is hereby ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge's Report is ACCEPTED (Doc. # 12), and Plaintiff's motion for default judgment (Doc. # 9) is GRANTED, as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. Specifically, default judgment is entered against Defendant Danny Lee Todd d/b/a Danny Lee's Place, and he is found to be liable to Plaintiff for his violation of 47 U.S.C. § 605.
