Opinion

No. 4D03-1620.

December 29, 2004.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, Martin County; John E. Fennelly, Judge; L.T. Case No. 02-608 CJMA.

Carey Haughwout, Public Defender, and David John McPherrin, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and August A. Bonavita, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We affirm the final judgment but remand with directions that the sentence be corrected to reflect that the trial court's jurisdiction ends when the defendant is released on his nineteenth birthday.
