[Modification of opinion (228 Cal.App.4th 925; ___ Cal.Rptr.3d ___), upon denial of rehearing.]

THE COURT. — IT IS ORDERED that the opinion filed herein on July 29, 2014, be modified as follows and the petition for rehearing is DENIED:

1. The sentence commencing at the bottom of page 4 [228 Cal.App.4th 930, advance report, 2d full par., lines 6-7], with "Although G. smoked" and ending with "of the child" is deleted.

2. On page 8, the first full paragraph [228 Cal.App.4th 933, advance report, 1st full par., lines 1-2], beginning "No findings under" is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted in its place:

"No findings on all eight factors under section 3048, subdivision (b)(1) were required given the trial court's finding that there were no facts indicating a risk of abduction."

There is no change in the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is denied.
