ORDER DISMISSING ACTION [DKT. 81]

FERNANDO L. AENLLE-ROCHA UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

On April 12, 2024, the parties filed a Stipulation re Dismissal of the City Defendants (“Stipulation”), dismissing the action pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1). Dkt. 81. Having considered the Stipulation and finding good cause therefor, Defendants Jacqueline Gil, Jose Hernandez, Oscar Maldonado, and Eric Watts are DISMISSED from this action with prejudice.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
