MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellants' brief was due June 5, 2004. By letter dated June 21, 2004, the Court directed appellants to file the overdue brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellants that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellants have not filed a brief. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1).
