MEMORANDUM OPINION

Solomon Jimenez, Jr. appeals his convictions for possession of cocaine in an amount of four grams or more but less than 200 grams and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Punishment was assessed at ten years confinement for possession of cocaine and twenty years confinement and a $10,000 fine for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Appellant's attorney filed a brief in which he concludes the appeals are wholly frivolous and without merit. The brief meets the requirements of Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). The brief presents a professional evaluation of the record showing why, in effect, there are no arguable grounds to advance. See High v. State, 573 S.W.2d 807, 811 (Tex.Crim.App. [Panel Op.] 1978). Counsel delivered a copy of the brief to appellant. We advised appellant he has a right to file a pro se response. Appellant, however, did not file a pro se response. We have reviewed the records and counsel's brief. We agree the appeals are frivolous and without merit. We find nothing in the records that might arguably support the appeals. We affirm the trial court's judgments.

In the cocaine possession case, cause no. 05-03-00569-CR, the trial court initially deferred adjudication of appellant's guilt, placed him on community supervision for ten years, and assessed a $500 fine. The trial court adjudicated appellant guilty and revoked his community supervision for, among other violations, committing the aggravated robbery that is the subject of cause no. 05-03-00570-CR.
