ORDER
Before the Court is pro se appellant's August 7, 2019 motion to extend the time to file his pro se response to counsel's Anders brief. We GRANT the motion and extend the time to file appellant's pro se response to October 14, 2019.
In his motion, appellant alleges he has not received "trial transcripts." We ORDER appellant's counsel, Sharita Blacknall, to send appellant copies of the clerk's and reporter's records and to provide this Court, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, with written verification that the record has been sent to appellant.
We DIRECT the Clerk to transmit a copy of this order by electronic transmission to counsel for the parties.
We further DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order, by first class mail, to Issaac Matthew Jimenez; TDCJ No. 02211310; Coffield Unit; 2661 FM 2054; Tennessee Colony, Texas 75884.
