Opinion

Case No. SC06-16.

May 4, 2006.

Lower Tribunal No. F92-34156.

Petitioner has filed a "Petition for Extraordinary Relief, for a Writ of Proibition, and/or for a Writ of Mandamus," which has been treated as a petition for writ of mandamus. The petition for writ of mandamus is denied without prejudice, as the Court is confident that the lower tribunal will hold a hearing on Petitioner's Motion for Reimbursement of Counsel within sixty (60) days of this order.

PARIENTE, C.J., and WELLS, ANSTEAD, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
