It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered on or about May 27, 2020 (Case No. 2020-03272) to the June 2022 Term of this Court. The motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]). 2
