Petitioner-appellant, pro se, having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from three orders of dismissal of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about March 21, 2018, and for assignment of counsel, a free copy of the transcript, for an enlargement of time to perfect said appeal, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is deemed one to vacate the dismissal of the appeal and as such, is granted (22NYCRR 1250.10(c)), the dismissal vacated, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect same is enlarged to the December 2019 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted. The motion is otherwise denied as moot, said relief, to the extent warranted, having been granted by orders of this Court entered on November 20, 2018 (M-4676), January 10, 2019 (M-5733), and May 2, 2019 (M-784).
