Motion for an Extension of Time

I, David Jersey, the petitioner in the above named action, hereby humbly motion this court for an extention of time to properly name the correct respondents in this action as requested by The Honorable Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, U.S.D.J.

With all due respect to this court, I swear under the penalty of perjury that I Have diligently tried to obtain assistance in this action, more specifically the naming of the Proper respondent, by speaking with law clerks at the law libraries in the Southern District, As well as attempting to obtain assistance from numerous legal aid agencies in New York City That have been absolutely no help whatsoever.

I have in fact narrowed the list of candidates down to fourteen(14), which of Course by naming all of them, would no doubt cause unnecessary burden and delay upon the Court, therefore I respectfully request that this court grant an extention of thirty (30) days to Said petitioner, so that he may seek and find the proper legal assistance to help him obtain the Proper respondent(s) in this action, and proceed with this action accordingly.

Wherefore, David Jersey, the so named respondent in this action, a Pro-Se not Fully knowledgable in the field of law, hereby respectfully requests that this court grant said Motion, in the interest of justice, so that a proper respondent can be named in this action for Further proceedings to be commenced.

I, David Jersey, hereby swear under the penalty of perjury that all of the Statements that I have made in this motion are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
