The district clerk filed the clerk's record on June 12, 2023. Appellant filed a designation of items to be included in the clerk's record on June 24, 2023. On June 27, 2023, we ordered the district clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing any documents designated by appellant that were not included in the June 12, 2023 clerk's record. On August 7, 2023, the district clerk filed a letter stating the district clerk had not received appellant's designation of matters to be included in the clerk's record.
Upon further review of the record, it does not appear that any documents exist that were requested by appellant in the June 24, 2023 designation that are not included in the June 12, 2023 clerk's record. Accordingly, we VACATE our order of June 27, 2023, without prejudice to appellant requesting supplementation of the clerk's record with specific documents.
The reporter's record was filed October 4, 2023, and it appears the record was complete on that date. Appellant's brief is due NOVEMBER 3, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; and counsel for all parties.
