We REINSTATE this appeal.
We abated this appeal for the trial court to appoint new counsel to represent appellant. On June 24, 2023, Valencia Bush appeared for appellant filing a designation for matters to be included in the clerk's record, request for preparation of the reporter's record, and the docketing statement.
We DIRECT the Clerk to add Valencia Bush as counsel for appellant.
We ORDER the court reporter to file the reporter's record within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
The Dallas County District Clerk filed the clerk's record on June 12, 2023. We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order a supplemental clerk's record containing the items designated by Ms. Bush in her June 24, 2023 Written Designation Specifying Matters for Inclusion in Clerk's Record that were not included in the clerk's record filed June 12, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Sasha Brooks, Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
