ORDER
This matter having come before the Court on the Agreed Motion of the Parties to Schedule Mediation and Reschedule Deadline for Briefs and Responses, and the Court having reviewed same and being duly advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS the Motion.
IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this matter is set for mediation on April 17, 2009.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the briefing schedule is modified. The parties shall have to and including May 13, 2009, to file simultaneous briefs in this matter and response briefs shall be filed by June 12, 2009.
