MEMORANDUM OPINION


The parties have filed an agreed motion to dismiss the appeal as to appellees Douglas Caceres, M.D., Individually and d/b/a Star Anesthesia, P.A.; Star Anesthesia, P.A., Leo Cuello, M.D., and Baptist Health System d/b/a Baptist Medical Center. We grant the motion and dismiss the appellants' appeal as to those appellees. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2). The appeal as to appellee Oscar J. Montemayor, D.D.S. is retained on the docket of this court. See id. Costs will be assessed upon the final disposition of the appeal.
