In the court's Minute Entry of April 17, 2002, wherein the court granted the "Motion to Transfer for Improper Venue" filed by Defendants, Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Lumbermen's Mutual Casualty Company, and Russell Shelby, the court inadvertently ordered that this matter be transferred to the federal district court in the Western District of Louisiana, when the matter should have been transferred to the federal court in the Middle District of Louisiana. Accordingly, the Judgment also entered on April 17, 2002, will be amended to order transfer of this matter to the Middle District of Louisiana.
