Jelks v. Burnup and Sims

Supreme Court of Florida
May 22, 1968
210 So. 2d 213 (Fla. 1968)

Opinion

No. 36623.

May 22, 1968.

Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission.

I.W. Williams, of Minnis Williams, St. Petersburg, for petitioner.

Joe C. Carey, of Harrison, Greene, Mann, Davenport, Rowe Stanton, St. Petersburg, Patrick H. Mears, Tallahassee, and J. Franklin Garner, Lakeland, for respondents.

By petition for a writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission bearing date June 22, 1967. Our consideration of the petition, the record and briefs, and oral argument heard, leads us to conclude that the petitions for certiorari and attorney's fees should be and are, therefore, denied.

It is so ordered.

CALDWELL, C.J., THOMAS, ROBERTS and ERVIN, JJ., and WHITE, Circuit Judge (Retired), concur.
