STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL AND ENTRY OF JUDGMENT AND ORDER THEREON


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff, Jim L. Jeffries, and Defendants Santa Clara County Valley Medical Center, Robert P. Zucker, M.D. and Hollister P. Brewster, M.D., through their undersigned counsel, that the entire action be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(ii).

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED THAT the Court shall direct the clerk to enter judgment dismissing the entire action with prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED THAT each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.

ORDER

THE PARTIES HAVING STIPULATED THERETO, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:

1. The entire action be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4 l(a)(1)(ii).

2. The clerk shall enter judgment dismissing the entire action with prejudice.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.

JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE

THE PARTIES HAVING STIPULATED THERETO, IT IS SO ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the entire action is dismissed with prejudice.
