This case is calendared for trial at the standalone remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 22, 2023.

On May 2, 2023, the Court held a telephone conference with the parties regarding the Pre-Trial Memorandums filed, and the parties discussed their preparation of the case for trial or possible settlement.

Upon due consideration of the Court's telephone conference with the parties on May 2, 2023, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the above-referenced remote trial session at a date and time certain of 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. The parties may refer to the Notice of Remote Proceeding served, April 5, 2023, to access the remote proceedings. If this case remains for trial, the parties need not attend the calendar call on Monday, May 22, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that if a basis of settlement has not been reached, on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, May 8, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a Joint Stipulation of Facts.

This Order constitutes official notice of the same to the parties herein. The parties are reminded that the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases issued April 5, 2023, remains in full force and effect.
